我们每天的工作，都是在完成各种任务，努力达成计划中的目标。
 
相当于目标而言，其实完成目标的过程更为重要。这句话都成为老生常谈的问题，说多了以至于成为虚无的空话，因为大家会觉得如果目标都没有完成，过程再好有什么意义呢？但从另外两个维度看，其实我们追寻的不是过程：
  1. 完成目标的方法有很多，方法之间的差异，并不能带来质的变化，能够带来不同的只有过程的执行。但我们经常陷入各种矛盾的内耗，选择方法，A好还是方法B好；方法的质疑，对于这个方法是不是靠谱，我是不是选择错了；短期没有看到效果时，选择放弃等等。以我们大多人的执行力，远没有到拼方法的阶段，简单一个字『干』。
  1. 相对于过程，更为重要的是过程执行中的程序或者习惯。形成自己的习惯或者程序，才是事务中的唯一收获，因为它的作用将会延展到后续的每一个事情上，落地到所有目标上。
 
今天阅读的两篇文章，都谈到了这个课题。
CJ Chilvers 认为目标不重要，重要的是过程，比过程更重要的是程序：
  1. 只要严格遵守程序，那么过程就自然铺就了，而且离目标的实现也会愈来愈近；
  1. 如果提高效率的建议不涉及如何改进程序，那么这些建议也就没有价值；
  1. 记录程序也非常重要，这些记录会帮助我们更好地成长，在今后避免同样的错误。
CJ Chilvers believes that goals are not that important, and the process is more important. And more importantly, the procedure:
  1. As long as the process is strictly adhered to, the process will naturally be laid out, and the achievement of the goal will also get closer and closer.
  1. If suggestions for improving efficiency do not involve improving the procedure, then these suggestions are worthless.
  1. Recording the procedure is also very important. These records will help us grow better and avoid the same mistakes in the future.
 
Donald Knuth在接受Lex Fridman采访时，提到的一句话：
你不是为了达到目标而赛跑；比赛本身、保持节奏的过程才是真正的目标。
You don't race to get to the goal; the process of racing itself, of keeping the pace, is the real goal.

每天写一篇文章，是一件特别难的事情，视野之内，《辉哥奇谭》是唯一坚持下来的。除了保持每天都有写作的习惯，还有一点同样重要，每天写什么内容。
连续写博客三十年，CJ Chilvers的总结很有启发意义，日常所见的大部分文章，基本都在他的整理之中。没有尝试去翻译，只是整理了自己的理解。
 
1、安静地坐着，让思绪聚焦在当下，想法会自然而然涌现。
Just sit in silence. The ideas will overwhelm you in seconds. This sounds incredible, but works every time.
 
2、自律约束，如果不能发表一篇文章，可以发布一个句子，或者一张图片，通过发布约束养成每天创作的习惯。
Apply constraints. Can’t post an essay? Post a sentence. Can’t post a sentence? Post a photo and a word or two. Keep applying constraints until you can maintain a daily creation habit.
 
3、问问自己：今天学习到什么？
Ask yourself: What did I learn today?
 
4、找出之前不同意的文章，写下具体的原因，为什么不认同。找出之前认可的文章，写下最近的经历是否带来一些新的思考。
Find a previous post you disagree with and write about why. Find an old post you agree with, but experience has taught you more about.
 
5、写下喜欢或者讨厌的一句名言，阐述为什么我们会这样想，并尝试去论证。
Take a quote you love, or hate, and write about the why’s. Back up your reasoning with evidence.
 
6、找寻日常生活中一些有趣的事情，特别是其他人不关心或者不讨论的事务。
Find something interesting in the mundane — something others don’t care or aren’t talking about.
 
7、用读者容易理解的，简洁的文字，提炼经典的书籍或者文章中观点。
Distill great articles and books into single thoughts, better aligned to your readers.
 
8、整理之前的QA问题和答案。
You probably answer questions from email, IMs, DMs, etc. Post the most common answers. Over time, this will serve as an FAQ, and guidance for the products/services your audience wants from you.
 
9、写下你曾经犯过的错误，以讲故事的方式表达观点容易吸引人。
Write about your mistakes. Humiliation has an upside: It’s entertaining. Messages stick with the reader when there’s a good story attached.
 
10、针对收藏的文章，我们是否能够在其基础之上增加自己的想法，至少可以写下当初我们为什么想收藏，给我们什么启发。
Make a link post, then think about what value you could add to the thoughts in the post. This could be as simple as explaining why you saved the link in the first place. Sometimes, it takes me on tangents unrelated to the link. Each tangent is a possible post.
 
11、回顾哪些你购买的东西，是特别想推荐给读者购买的，真诚的推荐会带来更为长期的信任。
Review anything you buy that your audience might buy. This is not for the affiliate links. The trust you build from honest recommendations is much more lucrative in the long term.
 
12、尝试咨询你所在领域专业人士的意见，在取得许可后写下来，这往往比一场访谈有更有趣。
Have you ever sought the advice of professionals in your space? Keep it up. Ask permission to pass along the best. This is more interesting than most full interviews, but if you have the gift of gab, go for the full interviews too.
 
13、帮助其他作者，并与其他作者保持交流。
Post, speak, appear, guest, and generally help others build their audiences. Then, post links to the results. You’d be surprised how many posts and ideas helping others generates (even though you’re not doing it for this reason — it’s just a wonderful byproduct). After one conversation I had with a favorite creator, we both wrote more than five posts from the ideas generated. BONUS: This builds a searchable archive of your career.

2024年战略规划过程中，一些不成熟的思考和想法。
 

01 战略复盘

上一年度战略复盘，需要深刻总结和深挖原因，而不是形式主义
  • 直面现实，不论好坏，不要将复盘与绩效考核等关联起来；
  • 第三方视角，对于自己主导或者兄弟团队承接，一视同仁地对看待；
  • 认知问题？逻辑问题？执行问题？任何一种问题，出现在战略层面都是致命的；
 

02 战略决策

战略是一种选择
  • 即使是支持大团队战略，导致自己团队市场出现问题，其实解释起来也是一种苍白；
  • 执行路径如果选择了协同，将自己命运依赖于其他方，出现差错也只能接受，不论主观接受还是被动无奈；
  • 当我们选择A，其实不只是选择了A，还意味着放弃了B、C、D……
 

03 能力认知

本身是一种思维模式，一种自洽的思维逻辑
  • 能力认知的升级，本身是思维模式的升级，你如何思考这些问题，按照哪个逻辑去思考问题；
  • 不论何种思考，如果不能够逻辑自洽，你连自己都说服不了，何况同步给他人；
  • 问题的提出，远比问题答案更重要；战略的制定，不只是一种结果，而是核心团队认知的拉齐；
 

04 战略落地

战略不是口号，而是执行的引导
  • 战略制定后，不是为了汇报或者演讲，或者完成一份作业，而是整个团队的牵引；
  • 战略制定前，需要的是领导者的智慧；战略制定后，需要的是团队强有力的执行；
  • 如果一个团队执行力出现问题，是一个特别可怕的事情，意味着任何战略都无法落地；
 

05 技术因素

技术不应成为制约战略的瓶颈
  • 技术，本身是为业务服务的，脱离了业务或者制约了业务，是一种职责缺失；
  • 地图也好，激光也好，都在特斯拉的技术带动下成为一种可能，『技术做不到』这个词语应该尽可能少的出现；
  • 技术壁垒是一个伪命题，只是为业务争取了时间，人员的流动，会让所谓的技术优势在一两年内化为虚无；
 

06 数字指标

指标的维度有很多，不要被数字所欺骗
  • 同一组数据，不同的解读口径，可能完全是两种不同的结果；
  • 不要为了汇报，而选择那些对自己更有利的口径，选择最为客观的那组；
  • 虽然你可以选择有利于自身的指标，但汇报的方向不止是你，其他人也会汇报类似内容，所以从一开始就选择作为客观的那个；
