            <title><![CDATA[#003过程中的程序和习惯，远比目标重要]]></title>

            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="notion-article" class="mx-auto overflow-hidden "><main class="notion light-mode notion-page notion-block-2102def9a50c41039ad7292160fa1f4f"><div class="notion-viewport"></div><div class="notion-collection-page-properties"></div><div class="notion-text notion-block-7ae38d1312c84d7eb33600c6a54d8c9b">我们每天的工作，都是在完成各种任务，努力达成计划中的目标。</div><div class="notion-blank notion-block-8018b8ef06ac4dbab018c3fb5ad5c479"> </div><div class="notion-text notion-block-70687fd817eb4ced9b9209ce9c764784"><span class="notion-default">相当于目标而言，其实完成目标的过程更为重要</span>。这句话都成为老生常谈的问题，说多了以至于成为虚无的空话，因为大家会觉得如果目标都没有完成，过程再好有什么意义呢？但从另外两个维度看，其实我们追寻的不是过程：</div><ol start="1" class="notion-list notion-list-numbered notion-block-55e42051f269482f94df61552775c107"><li><span class="notion-inline-underscore"><b>完成目标的方法有很多，方法之间的差异，并不能带来质的变化，能够带来不同的只有过程的执行</b></span>。但我们经常陷入各种矛盾的内耗，选择方法，A好还是方法B好；方法的质疑，对于这个方法是不是靠谱，我是不是选择错了；短期没有看到效果时，选择放弃等等。以我们大多人的执行力，远没有到拼方法的阶段，简单一个字『干』。</li></ol><ol start="2" class="notion-list notion-list-numbered notion-block-5ad21de7278a495c9600aeb8bd188c7d"><li><span class="notion-inline-underscore"><b>相对于过程，更为重要的是过程执行中的程序或者习惯</b></span>。形成自己的习惯或者程序，才是事务中的唯一收获，因为它的作用将会延展到后续的每一个事情上，落地到所有目标上。</li></ol><div class="notion-blank notion-block-2fefcadf4c754d8ab3e3a1f571ea02be"> </div><div class="notion-text notion-block-26390210299b43c6ba6f6fb4268ca3ae">今天阅读的两篇文章，都谈到了这个课题。</div><div class="notion-text notion-block-def8b1612c75427bb428cc9a0ce096b1">CJ Chilvers 认为<span class="notion-orange"><b>目标不重要，重要的是过程，比过程更重要的是程序</b></span>：</div><ol start="1" class="notion-list notion-list-numbered notion-block-b3ca1bd8ffac42d58aef5517880a1630"><li><em>只要严格遵守程序，那么过程就自然铺就了，而且离目标的实现也会愈来愈近；</em></li></ol><ol start="2" class="notion-list notion-list-numbered notion-block-195c6354b67c4ca8bd9ecebf50e5ac62"><li><em>如果提高效率的建议不涉及如何改进程序，那么这些建议也就没有价值；</em></li></ol><ol start="3" class="notion-list notion-list-numbered notion-block-385606cae5f543a8a353a1af294c6ea8"><li><em>记录程序也非常重要，这些记录会帮助我们更好地成长，在今后避免同样的错误。</em></li></ol><blockquote class="notion-quote notion-block-b397d569104845f8aa91851cc295b07f"><div>CJ Chilvers believes that goals are not that important, and the process is more important.
